Little to No Funding

As a Women of color entrepreneur is accurate to say that you are far more frequently excluded from resources and investment opportunities than your white counterparts. You’re not alone, millions of Women of Color Entrepreneurs are living proof of how they are constantly left behind in financial and investment opportunities.

Guilt

As a WOC you feel guilty because your business life’s demands leave no room for personal/family time. You also feel guilty because when you are  focusing on your family and loved you feel like your professional priorities are not in the right order.

Societal Racism

Are you emotionally/mentally drained for the constant racist episodes in your professional life?

WOC entrepreneurs constantly struggle to prove themselves in racist spaces.

Poor or no Public Speaking Skills

WOC Entrepreneurs are losing real time opportunities because of lacking public speaking skills. As a women of color you are missing out visibility on networking spaces due the lack of training in public speaking

Lacking Resources & Knowledge

For decades, Women of Color Entrepreneurs have historically been deprived of access to the elite knowledge that would truly propel their career’s advancements. We are overwhelmingly denied by financial institutions of resources that can make an impact in their businesses.

Lack of Self-esteem

Self-esteem issue is a huge blocker and self-sabotage behavior our WOC entrepreneurs face on a daily basis hurting their career.

Self-esteem is one way WOC Entrepreneur’s creativity gets paralyzed and their successes stalled.

Emotional/Physical abuse

Is emotional and physical abuse damaging your career advancement?

WOC Entrepreneurs’ emotional and physical abuse poses a threat to their wellbeing and mental health trickling into their businesses.

Social & Economic Challenges
