work with us

Services We Offer

We provide easy access to helpful advice, guidance, self-care tool-kits, financial opportunities, and exposure to other women entrepreneurs who have the experience on how to succeed. We also have a host of services and companies ready and willing to provide resources and funding to their businesses as well as mental health, self-care, and more.

Financial Literacy & Coaching

These experts will coach participants on the specific phase they are in their business, from the initial business plan to payroll and growing a team, to eventually donating money or services to other organizations, etc. Experts will coach participants on the specific phases: cash flow, access to capital, online/audiovisual platform.

Mentorship Services

Matching entrepreneurs in the beginning stage with established entrepreneurs. We will have a dedicated program for young adults between the ages of 18-45 in which they will learn about entrepreneurship and be matched with veteran entrepreneurs. Mentors may sponsor mentee coaching or provide resources for coaching for mentees to eventually establish their own businesses.

let us help you get results

We have the infrastructure you need to get results.

We bring solutions to the different areas of starting and sustaining a business, so you can focus on taking your ideas to the next level and end the generational wealth gap.

Our 7 Foundational Pillars Of Wealth

We are here to support you when you feel burnt out, isolated or simply out of creativity. When you join us you become part of a network of resources and a pool of women entrepreneurs offering their expertise as well as to connect them as mentors. Together we can forge a better future for all women of color entrepreneurs, to lift up the greatness in each of you, emerging into a bold and unapologetic entrepreneur ready to tackle any challenges and implement the tools handed in each encounter with the NYCCW in order to thrive.

Awareness

As the new generation of Women of Color Entrepreneurs, it is important to be present more frequently and to keep our perception open to new opportunities created for and by us.

Health & Wellness

Healing collectively presents a new approach to being vulnerable and bringing forward the trauma that binds us to our own humanity as Women of Color Entrepreneurs. As a result, this platform may serve as a catalyst for people to naturally nurture one another with care and love.

Philanthropy

Giving generously and consistently to the most vulnerable and neglected communities, including in places where patriarchy still exists and women are forbidden to be themselves is a cornerstone of NYCCW.

Networking

This is the heart of what we do: sharing and exchanging resources and knowledge, connecting beyond spoken words, and growing through the good vibes and feelings of community while holding space for self-care and each other

Mentorship

Mentorship refers to women who are holistically reshaping their skills to match the new workforce’s demand and the way we do business, and who pass this knowledge on to other women in a timely manner.

Tech-forward

Looking ahead and embracing the power of technology to advance our society and improve the entrepreneurial experience can take our communities to the next level.

Investing

As a society with a legacy of building wealth through capital and the exchange of goods and ideas, providing resources in a culturally competent way to our communities of color, NYCCW believes it is the most feasible approach to sustainably and permanently create women of color businesses’ profits as an end result and as a long-term wealth plan.

About Us

We are a holistic and inclusive platform that helps women of color create and grow sustainable businesses that aid in ending the generational wealth gap.  We do this by providing up-to-date tools for entrepreneurs to thrive in our current marketplace. We have identified the need to bring more diversity and resources to small businesses run by women of color. That’s why we partner our members with institutions and sponsors to create  a variety of opportunities that will bridge the generational wealth gap in communities of color within one generation cycle.
